June made extra-theater remote Act and domestic near-airport Sense the same month’s trust failures: the U.S. confirmed a drone strike killed AQAP leader Nasser al-Wuhayshi, and FAA-linked reporting put a quadcopter a few hundred feet off a Southwest 737 on final into Dallas Love Field on 5 June — while Creech was already flying a reduced 60-CAP book.

**Verified record — [Fact — B2]** Indexed contemporaneous account: FAA’s Lynn Lunsford said Southwest 28, Boeing 737, Houston to Dallas, about a mile from Love Field, pilot “reported passing a drone on final approach,” quadcopter “a few hundred feet” from the left wing; controller saw it from the tower; no evasive action; 13:55 local; DPD Air One and ground units did not find the operator.
