November closed the registration-design loop and opened another Watchkeeper wreckage file: the UAS Registration Task Force delivered recommendations on 21 November that December’s Part 48 would largely absorb, while a 2 November Watchkeeper crash at Boscombe Down became the third such accident in a year in UK reporting.
