December wrote civil unmanned identification into a final rule and closed the year's Control Fabric: on 28 December DOT/FAA announced the Remote ID final rule (broadcast "digital license plate," networked USS requirement deleted) plus Part 107 flights over people and at night — after a year that had already dated extra-theater Reaper Act, Triton EOC, Interior SO 3379, Libya TB2, and Karabakh TB2/Harop.
