January made one-way Act a U.S. fatality problem and a Red Sea mass problem in the same month: Tower 22 was hit by a one-way drone on the 28th (3 KIA), Houthis put 18 OWA UAVs plus missiles into the southern Red Sea on the 9th, and Replicator is still a capability-category, not a named airframe.
