## Executive read

### BLUF

Germany wrote the eufy pack file into the official dangerous-products database. BAuA’s 1 December entry names a broader model list than Health Canada’s 240-unit Canada page and codes the lot **22D51**. No December CPSC consumer-robot recall was found. The Commission SO remains the live merger paper; it is a November event.

### Key judgments

1. **[Assessment — High confidence]** BAuA recorded eufy / Anker robot-vac packs as a dangerous product on **1 December 2023**, sale window 1 April–22 August 2023, product code 22D51.
2. **[Assessment — High confidence]** The BAuA model list is wider than Health Canada RA-74431 (adds 11S, 11S MAX, 15C MAX, G10 hybrid, X9 Pro). Official pages still do not state a Germany incident or injury count.
3. **[Inference — Moderate confidence]** Three jurisdictions (Japan manufacturer/METI, Canada Health Canada, Germany BAuA) and no US CPSC page is now the 2023 floor-vac thermal map.

### Analytic labels
- **Fact** — verified reporting or primary record
- **Assessment** — analytic judgment
- **Inference** — reasoned but not directly observed
- **Uncertainty** — unresolved information gap

### Source grades
- **A1** — authoritative primary record / directly confirmed
- **B1–B2** — generally reliable and corroborated
- **C3** — useful but requires caution (typical for forums)

## 01. BAuA lists eufy 22D51 packs — Germany’s official dangerous-product line

*Event / publication dates: 1 December 2023 (BAuA database “Gefährliche Produkte in Deutschland”)*

**Product class.** Robot vacuums / mop combos

**Verified record — [Fact — A1 / B1]** BAuA database row, report date **01.12.2023**, manufacturer eufy, brand Anker, product “Akku,” models: RoboVac **11S (T2108)**, **11S MAX (T2126)**, **15C MAX (T2128)**, **G10 hybrid (T2150)**, **X8 Hybrid (T2261)**, Clean **X9 Pro (T2320)**, replacement packs **T2908 2600 mAh** and **T2937 5200 mAh**. Affected robots sold **1 April–22 August 2023**. Affected packs carry product code **“22D51.”** Primary: [BAuA dangerous-products database](https://www.baua.de/DE/Themen/Monitoring-Evaluation/Marktueberwachung-Produktsicherheit/Datenbank/Produktsicherheit_form.html?searchEngineQueryString=Staubsaugerroboter). Stiftung Warentest contemporaneously reported that BAuA warns of possible burns and that the vendor warns of smoke; the vendor replaces the pack after a 16-digit serial check. [Stiftung Warentest](https://www.test.de/Produktwarnung-Saugroboter-Akkus-von-Eufy-koennen-ueberhitzen-6076882-0/). German consumer-warning aggregators dated a public Anker exchange write-up 4 December. [produktwarnung.eu](https://www.produktwarnung.eu/2023/12/04/ueberhitzungsgefahr-anker-startet-akku-austauschprogramm-fuer-eufy-clean-robovacs-saugroboter/30122). The BAuA row as opened does **not** state incident, injury, or death counts. **No US CPSC page found.**

**Threat landscape.** The same December-2022 lot now has an official German line, a Canada recall, and a Japan manufacturer/METI file. Absence of a CPSC page is a filing-system fact.

**Forum / community notes.**
- none found.

**Intelligence assessment.** [Assessment — High confidence] 22D51 is now a three-jurisdiction pack file. [Inference — Moderate confidence] A later US CPSC page would reorder the floor-vac thermal map; until then the Roomba-fire story remains unsupported. [Uncertainty] Germany incident volume is unpublished.

**Opportunity.** Safety Gate HTML, a CPSC page, or a BAuA incident count.

**LRRK relevance.** Lab. Watch: 22D51 outside Canada/Japan/Germany. Passport: lot code as the identity, not the SKU name.

**Confidence.** High on the 1 December BAuA row and on the model list. Low on unpublished German incident volume.

## Forward indicators

1. Any US CPSC eufy / major-brand robot-vac thermal page.
2. Commission final decision or Amazon–iRobot termination (8-K deadline 14 February 2024).
3. Any FTC public step.
4. Seagull Pro aging through 2024 charging.
5. Any named pediatric robotic-mower case.

> **Collection integrity.** No December CPSC, Health Canada, or OPSS consumer-robot recall was found. The 27 November Statement of Objections is prior-window and is not restated as a December signal. CES 2024 pre-briefs are outside this window. Forum-only pack anecdotes were not graduated. No official death appears on any 2023 consumer-robot recall found in this year-set.
