## 02. Sevastopol — USV/UAV again, 22 March

**Verified record — [Fact — B2]** Naval News: social-media footage 22 March of a surface drone shot approaching Sevastopol; machine-gun traces from the coast; UAV + USV mix reported. One USV stopped on harbour booms and exploded; two others jumped booms and were destroyed inside (Capt_Navy / video). New USVs described as smaller, lower profile, no obvious onboard sensor vs prior Sevastopol/Novorossiysk types (H.I. Sutton comparison unpublished-confirmation). ## 03. Chinese drones to Russia — $12 million, DJI nearly half

**Verified record — [Fact — B1]** Pravda quoting NYT: in the year since the invasion, China sold more than $12 million in drones and parts to Russia (official Russian customs via a third-party provider). Mix of DJI and smaller firms, often through middlemen; unofficial channels via Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Belarus. DJI ~half of Chinese drone shipments; some rows via iFlight Technology, a DJI subsidiary. ~70 Chinese exporters, 26 brands. Autel second, nearly $2 million, latest batch February 2023.
