March turned commercial unmanned Sense into a supply-chain problem: California lockdowns halted domestic production at Skydio (later confirmed as a March shutdown), while Chinese COTS plants were the first to close and the first that later reporting says recovered — the Passport question is who can still build a trusted small UAS when borders and factories stop.
