November made IS commercial UAS an on-the-record Mosul Act problem and closed the U.S. consumer-hardware story at 3DR: Reuters (25 November) quoted Lt. Gen. Abdul Wahab al-Saidi showing journalists model-aircraft-like drones used to scout or “attach explosives… to target commanders or headquarters,” and Reuters (14 November) quoted Chris Anderson saying 3D Robotics had all but scrapped its consumer business after Solo.
