Germany ordered a recall and a marketing ban on a Tesvor S6 robot vacuum sold with a dangerous US-plug adapter; Safety Gate will publish in December. Husqvarna’s UK AWD fire recall and Canada’s Clean Base dock file remain live. No US CPSC or Health Canada consumer-robot action landed this month. Hazard: electric shock. The product is supplied with a non-EU (US) connector and a dangerous adapter; when plugged in, high-voltage live parts are accessible; adapter pins are not insulated and pin ends are neither properly rounded nor tapered.
