## 02. LAANC first wave — civil drones into controlled airspace in seconds

**Verified record — [Fact — C3]** The 14 April coalition strikes on Syrian chemical-weapons-related targets were publicly described as manned-aircraft and cruise-missile Act. This collection did not retrieve an April 2018 Pentagon table that makes MQ-9 or another UAS the principal shooter. Unmanned ISR may have been present; it is not a fetched Fact here.

**Threat landscape.** Do not convert a cruise-missile night into an unmanned-Act story without a primary.
