The Commission sent Amazon a Statement of Objections on M.10920. That is a preliminary foreclosure paper, not a prohibition and not an FTC complaint. No November consumer-robot safety recall was found.

**Verified record — [Fact — A1 / B1]** iRobot Form 8-K, earliest event 27 November 2023: the Commission sent Amazon a Statement of Objections on the proposed merger. Commission preliminary view, as written in the 27 November press text and the official German representation republication: Amazon may have the ability and incentive to foreclose iRobot’s rivals by (i) delisting rival robot vacs; (ii) reducing visibility in organic and paid results; (iii) limiting access to widgets or commercially attractive labels (for example “Amazon’s Choice” / Alexa-compatible); and/or (iv) raising rivals’ advertising costs on the Amazon marketplace. > **Collection integrity.** Amazon **Astro for Business** launched 15 November 2023 at $2,349.99. It is an SMB security SKU, not a consumer home robot, and is **excluded** under scope (professional / business patrol). Home Astro already existed and was not this launch. iRobot’s 7 November 10-Q restatement of the already-open review is not a new official action and was not graduated. No November CPSC/Health Canada/OPSS consumer-robot recall was found.
