March is the first month later UN reporting will treat as the start of a documented Georgian Hermes 450 shoot-down sequence over Abkhazia—but the contemporaneous public primary for a Russian fighter kill is still ahead (20 April event, 26 May UN report). The Watch item is an Israeli-made UAV in a Russian-Georgian escalation, not a confirmed March wreck.
