## 01. Interior approves DJI Government Edition purchases

**Verified record — [Fact — C3]** July's public Hormuz story is ship-seizure, not a new UAV shoot-down. This collection did not retrieve a July primary that makes a UAS the principal tool of either detention. Unmanned ISR may have been present; it is not a fetched Fact.

**Verified record — [Fact — C3]** IISS (November) says a Bayraktar attack "resulted in the destruction of two LNA Ilyushin Il-76 Candid heavy transport aircraft in July 2019." That sentence is a November publication about a July event and is graded C3 here, not A1.
