November paired a production fact with a logistics fact that is not a UAV: Northrop recorded the first three MQ-8B production deliveries and confirmed two already on *McInerney*, while the Israel Navy’s Francop seizure published rockets, shells, and small-arms ammunition — not unmanned air vehicles — in an Iran-to-Hezbollah pipeline.

## 02. Francop — Iran–Hezbollah logistics, not a UAV cargo

Rani Ben-Yehuda, Ashdod briefing Wednesday: Francop seized off Cyprus Tuesday night, “some 180 km (about 110 miles) off of Israel’s shores,” Antigua flag, German-origin ship, Commando 13 boarding. 36 of 400 containers held weapons hidden among thousands of ~25 kg white polyethylene bags: 106 mm shells, 107 mm and 122 mm rockets, hand grenades, mortar shells, anti-tank missiles, Kalashnikov ammunition. “more than 3,000 shells and missiles.” Quantity “10 times or even more than … Karin-A.” Manifest listed Egypt load / Syria destination; containers from the Iranian merchant fleet.
