**Verified record — [Fact — B1]** BBC: Biden ordered a fourth object this month downed Sunday over Lake Huron at ~20,000 ft as a civil-aviation hazard; “octagonal structure” with strings; F-16 missile 14:42 local. 10 February northern Alaska; 11 February Yukon (~100 miles from U.S. border), cylindrical, smaller. Gen. VanHerck: will not categorize as balloons; “very, very small objects” / low RCS; “I haven’t ruled out anything.” White House NSC: did not closely resemble the 4 February balloon; no definitive characterization until debris. ## 03. CAR — Shahed-131 warhead built for a grid

**Verified record — [Fact — B1]** CNN: unexploded Shahed-131 warhead recovered Odesa October 2022, examined January by Conflict Armament Research with Ukrainian military. Warhead just under two feet; poorly fitted layers of metal fragments; 18 smaller charges around the circumference for a “360-degree” effect against power stations, grids, transformers.
