**Verified extract — [Fact — A1]** Bobbie Johnson, writing from Las Vegas, reported that Paris-based Parrot unveiled the AR.Drone at CES: an iPhone-controlled four-blade helicopter described as a flying quadricopter with onboard cameras, wind compensation, autopilot, and an internal guidance system. Founder and chief executive Henri Seydoux said: "With video cameras and a powerful computer, we have developed a very stable drone that is easy to control and flies like a dragonfly." A company spokesman would not say how much it would cost but confirmed it would be available later in 2010. Seydoux said he began with the idea of a quadricopter after an unsatisfactory Bluetooth race-car project.
