**Verified extract — [Fact — B1]** El País reported from Madrid that Red Eléctrica de España had been trialling since 2003 an unmanned flying robot developed by AIN (Asociación de Industrias de Navarra), shown at UNVEX 2010 in Madrid. The machine resembles a small helicopter: 3.2-metre rotor diameter, 70 kg maximum take-off weight, hour-and-a-half endurance, autonomous take-off and landing, real-time line imagery from a ground vehicle. AIN said the aim was to "minimizar los aspectos negativos de seguridad y coste." If results were good, Red Eléctrica would be "pionera en la introducción de la inspección robotizada de líneas eléctricas mediante vehículos aéreos no tripulados." The show also listed EADS DS Talarion, Atlante, the unmanned helicopter Orka, Barracuda (8.25 m, 3,250 kg — crashed in 2006 and relaunched), BAE Herti, Indra Mantis, and Thales Watchkeeper.
