## Executive read

### BLUF

July is a thin month. Neato’s 28 June wire already dated early-July pre-order receipts and a 15 July channel pre-order. That is the June lidar-ship file, not a new July trust path. No official consumer-robot recall was located.

### Key judgments

1. **[Assessment — High confidence]** A search of CPSC, Health Canada, RAPEX weekly reports, and manufacturer recall pages produced no numbered consumer-robot action dated July 2010.
2. **[Assessment — High confidence]** The 15 July Amazon / Hammacher / Sharper Image / Robotshop pre-order date is as the 28 June Neato wire wrote it. Fulfillment of a June ship notice is not re-numbered.
3. **[Inference — Moderate confidence]** XV-11 units may now be in a first wave of US homes; official silence is not a finding that none arrived.

### Analytic labels
- **Fact** — verified reporting or primary record
- **Assessment** — analytic judgment
- **Inference** — reasoned but not directly observed
- **Uncertainty** — unresolved information gap

### Source grades
- **A1** — authoritative primary record / directly confirmed
- **B1–B2** — generally reliable and corroborated
- **C3** — useful but requires caution (typical for forums)

---

## No numbered signals

This month produced **zero** in-window spine-grade signals. June’s XV-11 ship primary is not repeated. Mint remains a Q3 promise. August channel ship talk is not previewed as Fact.

**Forum / community notes.**
- none found.

---

## Forward indicators

1. Dated August channel shipments of new XV-11 orders (as the June wire promised).
2. Mint first dated direct-channel ship (still Q3).
3. Any CPSC / Health Canada / RAPEX robotic-mower or robot-vac or kit-battery action.
4. Any official iRobot Roomba recall.
5. Any brand-named robotic-mower pediatric case.

> **Collection integrity.** Window = July 2010 only. **Excluded:** Neato 15 July channel pre-order — calendar line from the 28 June company wire, already filed. No July CPSC, Health Canada, or RAPEX numbered consumer-robot page. No CPSC Roomba page. Forum empty. Thin month left thin.
